RAKO Etiketten

In October 2006 the new rotaLEN was successfully integrated in the already established screen prepress facility. After the personnel was instructed and trained, the rotaLEN was used for production in a 2 shift operation for the first month and then following in a 3 shift operation.
Currently, RAKO engraves approximately 35 screens per day with high reproducibility.
The quality as well as the productivity have improved in comparison to conventional screen production, press order response times are much reduced.

For the year 2007 RAKO is anticipating full capacity machine utilization for the production of approximately 12.000 engraved RotaMesh screens.
